AfteR the service (see 1081 - GROOM ) the Bishop suggested that the children might like to meet the organist. The organist took them to the loft and showed them the console. The children were amazed at the array of keys, pedals, stops, etc before their eyes. Only one of the children let out a groan but his siblings glowered at him and he blushed. The organist sat at the pipe organ and played the theme for the Flintstones. Then he gave each a chance to play a tune. At bedtime each of the children declared they had had a wonderful day.
