EmiLy Brontë was wondEring through the woods when her foot caught on something solid. Upon investigating further she uncovered a shack that was a dreadful hovel. She had a good look round, then headed back home to sketch out the idea for a new novel. It might also have been the inspiration for her famous quotation "Having leveled my palace, don't erect a hovel and complacently admire your own charity in giving me that for a home".
