480 – IONIC

ON Friday Mr Archimedes (not the famous one) thought of another experiment. "If I go boing on this trampoline, what will happen?" Options: "1) I'll go all wonky and I might break a leg. 2) I might go sonic but that will probably ruin my hair style." So Mr Archimedes went back to what he knew, enjoying himself with conic sections and exploring monic polynomials. Then he popped over the road to his friend Arrhenius who was busy playing about with electrolytes and talking endlessly about ionic this and ionic that and making sure Mr Archimedes saw his Nobel Prize.
