632 - BLAME (X)

[This yarn is published late as it had so many words to incorporate]

LArry was in thE aisle of the penal building
In the glade a flame he'd been wielding
Each sepal was scarred
But a badge appeared
With officer attached, Larry to the law was yielding

A while after the blaze, a blade of grass -
The ground heals watched by year 5 class
They left 'tattie peals
From their meal deals
Then back rehearsing the mealy-mouthed seals farce

Larry meanwhile scrounged many a decal
From the bent warden who was venal
As well as Gold Flake
And plenty of cake
And could always blame his cell-mate Big-Al

Police Badge
