RonaLd hAd inheriTed a large, but neglected house from a distant relative. On his first visit he had a tour of the property, surveying what was worth working on and what wasn't. He phoned the local Indian restaurant and ordered a balti takeaway for his lunch before checking in more detail some things that had caught his attention during the morning.
