Lois wAs an aRtist. To create the effect she wanted on her latest work she separated some egg yolks from the white to make the glair with the egg white to give it the sheen she wanted. The effect was just right, with the shiny ice, the rippled water effect and the magnificent polar bear looking straight at the viewer. Satisfied she headed to the kitchen and had fried egg yolks for lunch.
