Oliver was putting some oomph into his cycle riding. As they passed some emus grazing in a field, he said to Olive (who was struggling to keep up with him) "Those are bovid animals". Oliver was very cocky but he didn't have the foggiest idea what he was talking about. Olive knew full well that they were birds they'd seen. The trail descended into the valley which was very foggy and Oliver's brashness was curtailed as he slowed to a crawl. "Don't worry", said Olive, "I'm not afraid; I'll guide us through here - follow me". Olive didn't fancy going out with Oliver again after that!
