ALAn was kEen to get a medal for racing his pedal cycle. He was also very attracted to large African animals and his cycling lycra featured an eland shape on it. He would practice round the same route traversing the weald, hoping to better his time. No longer did he eat the mealy ground grains of yore - now it was high-protein energy drinks for Alan.
