719 - CRUMB

This was the fiRst time Ant had sUpervised the building of a timber-framed house. He could feel his stomach churn with the anxiety. They'd reached the stage where it was time to put the cruck in place at each end. But Ant needn't have worried - it all went smoothly. It was time to ease off the anxiety, have a cup of tea and a biscuit, and plan the next steps. He was engrossed in his tea and biscuit, making sure each crumb on the plate finished up in his mouth. Then it was back to work.
